Why I started CRE Growth Engine.
My background is corporate tech, working with cloud and AI solutions. That taught me how buyers research and decide long before they ever call anyone.
In 2020 I owned a pool service and repair company. I knew nothing about marketing, so I hired one agency, then another, then a freelancer. I spent over $10,000 in two months and had very little to show for it. That’s when I decided to learn it myself.
My husband and I also run a real estate investment firm, with single family, multifamily, short term rentals, and boutique hotels in the US and Spain. So I know what it’s like to grow on relationships and reputation, and to realize that won’t be enough forever.
What started as SEO and AI content for our own companies turned into something a lot of owners needed. That’s why I built CRE Growth Engine.
