My husband and I have invested in real estate for over 15 years, across single family, multifamily, short term rentals, and hotels, in the US and now Spain. I am an accredited investor and a passive investor in notes, and I have used the tools myself, including self directed IRAs, 1031 exchanges, and cost segregation studies.
My husband is a syndicator and a commercial real estate agent, so I understand capital raising from the inside. So when I write about real estate, it comes from lived experience, not theory.
My background is also in corporate tech, working on cloud and AI solutions for customers. That means I understand both sides of what you do, the real estate and the tech. What started as SEO and AI content for my own marketing became something many people across the industry needed, from PropTech and FinTech founders to property managers, developers, and accredited investor communities.
